The Partner leader is University of Foggia (UNIFG) that coordinates the project because it is the first promoter of BLUE ARROW. UNIFG involves the Humanistic Department with the pedagogists regarding the learning methodologies. The department holds the Teacher Education courses, in particular UNIFG has the Initial Teacher Education courses with 1600 participants each year and CPD course with 60 teachers. It includes the courses for pre-service teachers for special needs and learning disabilities. UNIFG has the pedagogical experience to lead BLUE ARROW project and will work to apply the outcomes of the project into its courses.
