The partnership is heterogeneous and complementary and was built ad hoc to include the necessary expertise to successfully reach the project objectives. The Partnership was born integrating different competences, joining HEIs in the field of pedagogy that has courses of teacher education (UNIFG, UB and RUC), partners with expertise in technical development of ICT innovative tools, UNIFG as MOOC provider and SM as expert in hybrid solutions for learning (TUIs and IoT approach), and finally an association (EADTU) for spreading the BLUE ARROW methodology and technology and evaluating the outcomes.
The project covers 4 countries covering in a homogenous way the EU, with Partners:
• Southern EU (UNIFG and SM in Italy)
• Western EU (UB in Spain)
• Northern EU (EADTU in Netherland)
• Eastern EU (RUC in Albania).
The Partnership covers three main fields in order to enhance the knowledge triangle in this sector in order to put in a strong relation education, research and innovation.
The main idea in the partnership is to fully create active and operative links between the academic sector and the industrial side in order to propose new methodological and technological solutions for teacher education (ITE and CPD) about distance and blended teaching for pre-primary and primary schools, crucial after the COVID-19 crisis. In particular, the European component is highly exploited in the BLUE ARROW project and conditio sine qua non for an effective project implementation.
Except RUC, that is a newcomer, all the partners have huge experience in EU funded project.
BLUE ARROW includes three HEIs, one association of HEIs and one SME.
